One week training plan

You will receive one email with a one week training plan with training advice tailored to your needs. You will reach your goals. Please see also option 3 which might be of interest.

Once you have paid using the paypal link below, you will be redirected back to the site where you are requested to fill out a contact form. Follow the instructions. In your e-mail, please include details such as your level of physical activity (if any), your sport / activity and what equipment you have access to. Also mention how many times a week you train and want to train. If possible, mention your PBs or recent times or other performance markers depending on the sport / event you are doing.

Four week training plan including nutritional and lifestyle advice

You will receive one email with a four week training plan. This package also includes nutritional and lifestyle advice to get the best of you. Please see also option 3 which might be of interest.

Field test, four week training plan and training zone

Based on the information you will e-mail me, you will be given detailed instructions to do a field test. After completion of the test(s) you will send me the data for analysis and interpretation. You will then receive a four week training plan including individualised training zones based on your test results.
